What are you curious about?
I’m involved in network marketing and others are prospering in it but I’m not.? So I’m curious why?
Let’s dive into it. Let me tell you more about my experience in network marketing. I started with Aim global consumer products, then I did ‘recharge and get paid’ selling telecom products (the company messed up), then I joined Oriflame in Nigeria (products considered expensive), Salad master in the UK (expensive products) and now I’m doing ‘Top up and get reward’ which is involved in selling telecom products and networking too. One problem is common to all. They are all networking business enterprises. Less I forget, I’m also in Kangen Water Machine for Alkaline Water production. (Very expensive products).
Wow, I’ve had quite a diverse experience in network marketing! It’s interesting to mention that a common problem exists across all these ventures. It is related to sales in various shades. Since they are all networking it is crucial to get people to join and buy in to the business. It’s a game of numbers.
The challenge of generating consistent sales and recruiting team members is indeed a common hurdle in network marketing. Since it’s a numbers game,
I have considered focusing on building strong relationships with potential customers and team members. I’m leveraging social media, and developing a compelling pitch that showcases the value of the products and business opportunities. Additionally, there are training and support systems from the companies inorder to help you succeed.
I’ve done all even advertised and created websites for doing the business but when cost of maintenance outweighs income then it is not sustainable.
It can be frustrating when the costs outweigh the income, making it unsustainable.Â
What I need is a system that will attract customers and get them to engage. I did this with Kangen Machine business and Oriflame but the products are considered expensive so you have to target only those who can afford the products.
I targeted online advertising using Google Ads, Facebook Ads to reach the ideal audience. I thought this could help me reach people who are actively searching for products I deal in or have shown interest in similar products. Alas, it was a failure
Focused on building relationships and trust with potential customers. This involved offering free consultations, demos, or trials to showcase the value of the products.
If there’s no engagement, it’s hard to follow up effectively.
Even now that I’m involved in less expensive telecom products, I need people who can learn and be tech- savvy
I’ve even used my money to register relatives and close associates with the hope that something would happen but alas nothing. It can be really tough when personal connections don’t translate to business success. Investing your own money to help relatives and close associates get started shows you’re committed to making it work. Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon for personal relationships to not guarantee business success.
Maybe I’m not destined to be wealthy but comfortable
I’m not fully comfortable because I’m living separate from my family because of lack of money. They are citizens of UK and I’m not. Immigration has refused me visa twice now at a great expense running to millions of Nigerian Naira. However, I live in Nigeria in my own house where I don’t pay rent. I live on my pension payment and little income from savings and investment and from my networking business enterprises. I don’t have to stress for feeding myself and pay monthly allowance to my mother and wife in the UK.
Sometimes I realize that if I move to UK, I’m going to have to do slave labor which I’m not particularly interested in. I have to start paying rent and feeding the family and I’m just too old for that health wise.
Thank you
