Worry less for your own benefit

What could you do less of?

To improve, I could do less of worrying without being prompted. The implication is that I’d be more efficient and responsive to my needs, focusing on concise and relevant solutions that better match my style and life situation. 😊
What it means is not wasting time that is valuable for better things.
Exactly!Valuable time is best spent on meaningful interactions, and I’m here to make every moment count.

Stress less:

Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23 NKJV

Stress can have a significant impact on the heart, both in the short and long term.

When you experience stress, your body’s “fight or flight” response kicks in, releasing hormones like adrenaline and cortisol. These hormones increase your heart rate and blood pressure, preparing your body to respond to the perceived threat.

In the short term, this can lead to:
– Increased heart rate and blood pressure
– Narrowing of blood vessels
– Increased risk of heart palpitations and arrhythmias

Chronic stress can lead to more serious issues, including:
– High blood pressure
– Atherosclerosis (plaque buildup in arteries)
– Increased risk of heart disease, heart attack, and stroke
– Weakened immune system

Managing stress through relaxation techniques, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle can help mitigate these risks.

I have been a victim of stroke though partial early in my life in the 1980s in Nigeria and DVT ( Deep Vein Thrombosis) in the 2000s. In the UK. I’m so grateful to God that I’m still alive. Glory be to God Almighty 💪.

Solution to worrying less:

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. Philippians 4:8 NKJV

This verse encourages focusing on positive, uplifting thoughts and attitudes. It suggests that by meditating on things that are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, and praiseworthy, we can cultivate a mindset that promotes peace, joy, and well-being. The implication is that our thoughts have power to shape our lives, and choosing to focus on the good can lead to a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
May peace and positivity fill your heart and mind.🙏
